System Setup
At Armispian Systems we work on setting up systems to do a number of things on a regular basis. When setting up a system we look at installing all necessary software, and testing that the software is running as expected, and that the user knows how to do the basic operations with the software.
We specialize in using Free Open Source Software when and where appropriate. For software which requires a licence to install and run on the system, evidence of such a licence is required before Armispian Systems technicians will install such software. That means we will at no time install pirated software.
System Conversion
Another service that Armispian Systems provides is the conversion of systems from commercial software to FOSS especially when the commercial software is pirated.
Armispian Systems has also upgraded the systems of a number of clients from the existing version of Windows to a better supported version of Windows. This has been really beneficial for some people.
System Diagnosis
The third main service that Armispian Systems offers is the diagnosis (and often repair, but not always) of problems on a computer system. This often means trying to find out if the problem you are experiencing is a hardware or software problem, and if it is a software problem making an attempt to repair it.
A number of problems have been encountered in the past and continues to improve in the ability to diagnose and fix problems. Armispian Systems has worked on a number of different types of systems, primarily Windows and Linux systems.
Datse Multimedia
Datse Multimedia provides multimedia design and production services to clients in a variety of areas. The areas that we are currently focusing on is web design using standards compliant HTML and CSS.
